Your price book files

CSV files you load into our free tools (including the Margin Leak Finder) are parsed entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The file contents are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers.

Information we collect

When you submit an email form (to unlock a report, download a template, or request a rebuild), we collect the details you enter: email address, name if provided, and your message. We store these in our customer relationship management system to deliver what you requested and to send occasional pricing-related emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time via the link in every email.

We use standard web analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not sell personal information.

Done-for-you rebuilds

If you hire us to rebuild your price book, you send us your export file directly. We use it solely to deliver your rebuild, keep it confidential, and delete working copies on request.
