Just want the software? Lock the founding rate.
The first 25 PriceTuneup subscribers lock in $199 a year instead of $299, and the price stays locked for as long as they stay subscribed. Once 25people have it, it’s gone. Book a rebuild and you get 3 months of the software included — you can lock the founding rate when it converts.

What do I need to send to get my price book rebuilt?
Your Housecall Pro price book CSV export and three numbers: your loaded labor rate, your overhead percentage, and your target gross margin. The export takes about two minutes from the Housecall Pro price book screen, and we confirm the three numbers with you before any repricing starts. No API access, no logins — the CSV is everything we need.
How long does the rebuild take?
Days, not weeks. Once we have your export and your three numbers, we reprice the book, build your good/better/best presets, and verify the file imports clean into Housecall Pro — typically within a few business days. We confirm your exact timeline when you book your slot.
What exactly does the 60-Day Ticket-Lift Guarantee cover?
If your average ticket doesn't go up within 60 days of importing your new price book, we refund the full price — and you keep every file. That’s the entire guarantee — no fine print about which services count or how many jobs you have to run.
Does the rebuild work for trades other than HVAC?
Yes — plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and garage door shops use the same rebuild. The math doesn’t care about the trade: every flat-rate price is rebuilt from your loaded labor rate, overhead, and target gross margin, and the finished file uses Housecall Pro’s standard CSV format. If your price book exports from Housecall Pro, we can rebuild it.
Why do you only take 10 rebuilds a month?
Because every rebuild is hands-on work, not a database export. A person reviews your book, checks the repriced file against your margins, and verifies it imports clean into Housecall Pro before delivery. 10 slots a month is what that level of review supports — when they’re gone, they’re gone until next month.
