How do I export my price book from Housecall Pro?
In Housecall Pro go to Settings → Price Book, open the Services or Materials tab, and click the blue Export button. Housecall Pro emails the CSV to your account email address — download it and drop it into the analyzer above.
Is my pricing data uploaded to your servers?
No. The analyzer parses your CSV entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Your price book never leaves your computer.
What counts as a margin leak?
Any line item whose current gross margin — (price − cost) ÷ price — sits below your target gross margin. For each leak we show what the price should be at your target, with your cost loaded for overhead.
How is the annual leak estimate calculated?
Undercharge per sale, summed across leaking items, multiplied by your estimated sales per item per year. It's an estimate — adjust the sales-per-item number to match your volume.
Can I fix the leaks automatically?
Yes — download the re-priced CSV. Every leaking item is recalculated to your target margin, the file keeps Housecall Pro's column format and item uuids, and you re-import it via Settings → Price Book → Import.
